Behavior therapist

Our behavior therapists are passionate, experienced, educated & dedicated to changing the lives of those with autism & other neurodiversities. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to choose the programs that speak to your heart & ignite your passion. 

  • College degree in a related field
  • Experience working with children, adolescents or adults with autism
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for changing lives

 

employment counselor

Garden's Employment Cultivation Program is one-of-a-kind. As an employment counselor, you will partner with individuals as they navigate the complicated world of employment & develop skills necessary to seek, attain & maintain supported employment. 

  • Two or more years of college education
  • Experience working with adults with autism
  • Flexible schedule 

 

summer camp counselor

Camp is our largest program & runs for eight weeks during June & July. 

  • Two or more years of college education
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for changing lives

 

respite provider

Garden provides respite to families on an as-needed basis. Give families some much needed time away while you care for their child. 

  • One or more years of college education
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs
  • CPR certification
  • Evening & weekend availability

 

seasonal intern

We offer the opportunity to explore a career in the field of autism & Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Offered on a seasonal basis, this is a great fit for students who are interested in learning more about individuals with autism & the application of ABA. No experience is required, only a thirst for knowledge & experience. 

 

neurodiverse volunteer

We're always looking for volunteers who are wanting to do more for young people with special needs in their communities. Whether you're neurotypical or neurodiverse, we welcome the opportunity for you to partner with us & empower those we serve.
