Welcome to Your Virtual Summer Program Schedule & Curriculum!

Join us Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm as we connect and learn virtually. Participants are expected to join virtual program daily. Below is the weekly schedule guided by amazing therapists ready to get our minds and bodies moving!

Good news - We updated the start time so now you can sleep in!

9-9:30am breakfast club

Grab breakfast and let’s chat about the day! We’ll review our schedule and read a relevant social story together.

 
 

9:30-10 mindful movement

This is a time to get up and get moving before we start our day! Join the group as we move together on Zoom. Activities are designed to calm the mind and body while participating in adaptive exercise. All abilities welcome! Don’t forget your yoga mat and water bottle. Let’s get moving!

 

10-10:15 break time

It’s time for some vitamin D! Take a break from your computer screen, grab some water and we’ll see you back here in 15-minutes.

10:15-11 Live Peer Check-In & virtual class

Now, let’s learn something new together! Every day we’ll join our live group from the park and together experience a new and exciting class lead by our awesome team of therapists.

11-12PM Lunch & Virtual Tour

Grab your lunch and let’s hang! We’ll eat together while we enjoy a virtual tour and chat about what we discover.

 

12-12:30 social club

Let’s get to know one another by playing fun get-to-know you games! We’ll practice taking turns, sharing something new about ourselves and participating in back-and-forth conversations.

12:30-1 check out

You worked hard today! Let’s complete our daily check out before heading out on break for the day. See you tomorrow!
